Congregational Church Series on Hunger

0

The Congregational Church of Iowa City is hosting a seven part lecture series which will address issues of hunger internationally, nationally and locally.  Hunger exists in a context of food distribution, the environment, the production of nutritionally sound food, and service policies and agencies who aid in the distribution of food.  This educational series will end with information about local agencies who are addressing the distribution of nutritious food to the disadvantaged. Local Foods Connection is participating in the series.
