  9. Star Program: The Supported Training and Access to Resources Program provides comprehensive case management services including life skills training, educational assistance and child care services as well as referrals to substance abuse and mental health counseling.

  11. Shelter House: enrolled 2005. The program donated vegetables from their CSA shares to their clients. Shelter House is a non-profit organization that has provided housing and supportive services to the homeless of Southeast Iowa since 1983.
